In 1993 Don was working with the Jr. High Ministry at The Church at Rocky Peak with his good friend Mike Millett.  Mike, the youth pastor at the time and someone always looking to find peoples gifts, asked Don to design a T-Shirt for the upcoming summer camp.  Don designed a great looking camp shirt, it came out so great that before he knew it he had 4 other departments from the church asking him to design T-Shirts for them.

So Late in 1993 Don & Mike purchased all the equipment they would need to start printing their own T-Shirts and Impact Graphics was born!  The company was named "Impact" because Don and Mike wanted to make an "impact" for Christ with their new company.  Shortly after starting the company Mike moved on to another Ministry Job and Don continiued running Impact Graphics.  Don enjoyed growing the business for the next 15 years and has served 1000's of churches, schools, non-profits and businesses throughout the years. Impact now employs 6 full time workers.

Last year Don decided he wanted to get back to his roots and focus on creating T-Shirts just for Ministries so he launched www.vbsTShirts.com in May to help VBS directors with their T-Shirts, and www.MinistryGear.com in August for Church T-Shirts.  They are both projects that Don is passionate about and loves working on!
